Are the candles scented?
Most of our prayer candles are unscented unless otherwise noted in the product description. Our focus is on creating unique sports-themed collectibles and decorative pieces for fans and collectors.
How long do the candles burn?
Burn time varies depending on environmental conditions and usage. On average, our prayer candles can burn for approximately 70–100 hours. Never leave a burning candle unattended and always follow candle safety guidelines.
What is your processing time?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, special releases, playoffs, holidays, or championship celebrations, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated through the shop.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Please note that once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Do you accept custom requests?
Yes! We love creating unique items for fellow fans and collectors.
Custom requests may include:
- Specific players
- Retired players
- Team-themed designs
- Special events or commemorative items

What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and collectible nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will work with you to find a resolution.
